How to start free trial or paid subscription?

Download Optiway from the App Store and open the app. Tap on the subscription offer to start your free trial or choose a paid plan. You can select from monthly, 6-month, or yearly subscriptions. The trial gives you full access to all features.

How to cancel subscription or request refund?

To cancel your Optiway subscription, go to your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Optiway. Tap Cancel Subscription. For refunds, contact Apple Support directly as all subscriptions are managed through the App Store.

How to add stops and create a route?

Open Optiway and tap the + button to add stops. You can enter addresses manually, use voice input, or import from a file (.txt or .xlsx). Once you've added all stops, tap Optimize to create the most efficient route. The app will calculate the best order automatically.

How to update a live route?

While navigating a route, you can add new stops, remove completed ones, or reorder stops on the go. Tap the menu icon, select Edit Route, and make your changes. The app will recalculate the optimal path in real-time.

How to import stops from a spreadsheet?

Prepare your spreadsheet with addresses in .txt or .xlsx format (one address per line). In Optiway, tap the + button, select Import File, and choose your file. The app will automatically parse the addresses and add them to your route.

How to reorder stops while on the go?

Tap and hold any stop in your route list, then drag it to the desired position. Release to drop it in the new spot. Optiway will update your route and ETAs instantly. You can also use the Optimize button to recalculate the most efficient order.

How to manage billing and payments?

All billing is handled through your Apple ID and the App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions to view your current plan, payment method, and billing history. You can change your subscription or update payment details there.

How to delete account?

To delete your Optiway account, open the app and go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Confirm your choice. Note that this action is permanent and will remove all your saved routes and data. Make sure to cancel your subscription separately through the App Store if needed.
